Geological and Land Services
Flowstone Geological and Land Services provides four primary services:
Completion Assistance – Geologic cross sections and stratigraphic correlations are used as an intermediate step between the drilling process (mudlogging and open-hole logging) and the completion process (perforating and treatment). We make every effort to evaluate all formations accurately then perforate and treat accordingly. This is typically used in association with our field services.
New Prospects – We are always developing new drilling project ideas. These projects are developed simultaneously with our in-house landman. This minimizes inefficiencies – no large geological expenses without being able to acquire the lease acreage.
Regional Geology – Everything should be “in context.” Geology and geological prospects are no exception. Developing regional scale (100 mile) correlated geologic cross sections is a regular part of our operations. This aids in the full understanding of the geologic environment that we are working.
Local Geology – Understanding the geology of your lease acreage is imperative for the maximum and efficient development of your asset. Developing full-scale correlated cross sections with complete geological and completion information across an existing productive lease is also a regular and integral part of our operations.
